We process your data solely to respond to your inquiry and assess a potential business relationship (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — pre-contractual measures; or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interests for non-EEA contacts).

We use Bitrix24 (EU-hosted) as our CRM to store contact form submissions. We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties except where required by law or necessary to deliver our services.

5. Retention

Contact form data is retained for a maximum of 24 months or until you request deletion, whichever comes first.

If you are in the EEA or UK, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or port your personal data, and to object to processing. To exercise any right, email legal@corbenic.ai. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
